The primary emphasis on education, training (Academy), and competition (Club) are the key components utilized to achieve our objectives.

Potentially the "Last Great Championship" for USAV as 2022 saw boys clubs moving over to AAU. Coming off the COVID shut down against a very experienced Balboa squad, facing their nerves in an arena venue unlike the rest of the tournament, running a unique system of essentially a setter and five outside hitters, and yet they made 2nd place in the nation into a meaningful result.
